Role Overview

The E-Commerce Merchandiser will own the digital customer journey from homepage to checkout.

This role combines merchandising, analytics, product storytelling, customer behavior insights, and commercial decision-making to maximize conversion, average order value, inventory efficiency, and customer experience.





You will be responsible for ensuring the right products appear in the right place, at the right time, with the right storytelling and commercial strategy.

This is not a traditional catalogue management role.

We are looking for someone who understands premium brands, visual merchandising, consumer psychology, luxury customer expectations, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Merchandising Strategy
- Own merchandising strategy across the CitizenEarth website.
- Curate homepage product placements based on launches, inventory positions, campaigns, seasonality, and customer behavior.
- Optimize collection pages, category pages, and navigation structures.
- Create merchandising strategies for:
- New arrivals
- Collection launches
- Limited editions
- Seasonal campaigns
- Best sellers
- Gift edits
- Story-driven collections
- Build product discovery journeys that increase conversion an
