- Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)

Robust understanding of
- Rule-Based Pricing
- Collections Management
- Payment Hierarchy
- Refund Processing
- Delinquency Management

Experience with:
- Inbound Web Services
- API Exposure and Integration between ORMB and external applications
- Configuration, Testing, and Documentation
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business teams and onsite/offshore project members.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:
Experience working in utility, billing, or revenue management domains and exposure to end-to-end ORMB implementations.
