Vcom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of HR experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
