We are hiring a Head Powertrain Integration (PTI) to lead the design and development of engine peripheral systems across the full range of commercial vehicles (>3.5T to 55T). This is a senior engineering leadership role for a domain expert who has taken engine support systems from concept to production and understands the real-world demands of Truck & Bus applications.

Role & responsibilities:
- Work across the complete range of commercial vehicles, from light (>3.5T) to heavy-duty (55T) platforms
- Evaluate IC engine performance parameters and assess engine suitability/selection for specific vehicle applications
- Act as the domain expert for design & development of engine support systems: Air Intake, Engine Cooling, Exhaust, Fuel System, and Engine Mounts
- Apply strong working knowledge of DFMEA,



linked closely with DVP (Design Verification Plan)
- Own end-to-end system design and development from concept/scratch through to productionization
- Bring in-depth understanding of Truck & Bus applications, incorporating field inputs into design decisions
- Ensure adherence to the Product Development Process (PDP) and all applicable product quality standards

Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engine peripheral system design & development
- Solid background in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) industry
- Proven track record of designing and launching engine support systems into production
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech qualification
