Role Description

The Vice President of Learning and Development is a full-time,
on-site leadership role based in Abroad
. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s learning and development strategy to support business goals and employee growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the creation of training programs for immigration consultants and support staff, managing instructional design processes, and ensuring effective use of learning management systems. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify skills gaps, building leadership development pathways, and measuring the impact of training initiatives. The Vice President will also mentor L&D; team members, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and internal policies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering programs for diverse skilled audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Instructional Design,



including curriculum development, content creation, and assessment methods.
- Proven experience in Leadership Development, including building frameworks for coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and related digital learning tools to manage and track training activities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration/visa services is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities, including setting measurable learning outcomes and managing multiple initiatives.
