Assistant Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC
) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of production plans to achieve business targets

.

Key Responsibiliti
es
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and production schedule adherence.
- Generate production MIS reports and recommend process improvemen
ts.

Requirem
ents
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in PPC within Steel, Pellet, DRI, Beneficiation, or other heavy manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel with robust analytical and planning skills.
