and result-oriented Academic Sales Executive who is passionate about helping students choose the right career path while achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable IT courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course information and career guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until enrolment.
- Maintain lead details, sales activities, and admission records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
- Build long-term relationships with students through excellent customer service.
