Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Management functions.
- Hands-on experience in implementation of AS / ISO quality management systems.
- Act as the single point of contact for all third-party audits and inspections.
- Serve as the primary interface for customers on all quality-related matters.
- Participate as a CFT (Cross-Functional Team) member in feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with AS / ISO documentation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage internal and external audits effectively.
- Coordinate and handle third-party inspections.
- Oversee quality processes for high-end precision machined components, assemblies, and aggregates.
- Ensure quality standards for industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Aerospace.
To lead team of engineers,
review quality objectives periodically, department mops, active involvement is minimizing rework / rejection issues and continual improvement
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent in-depth understanding of various quality Systems & Procedures used in manufacture of precision components.
- Should have Excellent communication skills, capable of independently designing a quality plan & then implementing the same.
- Capability to recruit, mentor and lead a team of junior engineers / executives
- Valuable Knowledge of EHS & Safety procedures and compliances
- Knowledge of certification cycles, audits, etc
- Experience in Aerospace industry is added value and preferred
