Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Analyze data from PPC (Production Planning & Control) systems to optimize production scheduling, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring defect rates, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Robust understanding of mirroring techniques used in manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in PPC software applications.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets using statistical tools.
- Experience in Mirror plate manufacturing.
