Role Description
As a Technical Writer Intern at CosmoQuick, you will support the creation, organization, and maintenance of clear and accurate documentation for our platform and internal processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will draft and update user guides, technical specifications, FAQs, and process manuals in collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams.



You will translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all documentation. The role also involves reviewing existing materials for clarity and usability, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and helping build documentation standards and templates. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including manuals and user guides.
- Strong skills in technical writing and technical communication, with attention to clarity and structure.
- Experience or coursework related to documentation practices, information architecture, or content organization.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Markdown, or similar platforms) and version control basics is beneficial.
