Job Purpose:
The Lead - Business Excellence for AWMS (5S) drives operational efficiency and safety by implementing 5S principles across the organization. This role develops strategic plans to enhance workplace organization, engages stakeholders to align initiatives with goals,



and conducts audits to identify improvements. By overseeing resource allocation and preparing analytical reports, the Lead fosters a culture of continuous improvement and promotes the integration of 5S into daily operations.

Responsibilities
Lean Six Sigma:
- Coordinate & facilitate Lean six sigma projects with DMAIC methodology for Cell, Module, Ingot & wafer manufacturing
- Coordinate & help employees in use & selection of various lean six sigma, statistical & data analysis tools at appropriate phases of project with Minitab Statistical Software
- Lead the six sigma project from start to end in the identified yearly cycle to deliver targeted savings
- Responsible for preparation & circulation weekly MIS of project metrics & other BE reports on weekly, monthly basis to track & update the project progress to the Leadership team and stakeholders.
