Role Description
The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of the branch. This role includes managing staff, coordinating class schedules, supervising student admissions and counseling activities, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality educational services. The Branch Manager monitors enrollment targets, branch budgets, and resource allocation,



while maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and local partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve implementing marketing and outreach initiatives, resolving operational issues promptly, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and reporting branch performance to senior management. The Branch Manager is expected to foster a team-oriented, service-oriented culture aligned with Catalyst’s mission and values.
