Job Title: Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter) to join our Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to key corporate finance functions and provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced finance professionals in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and finance operations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business finance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Work with ERP systems to process financial transactions and improve operational efficiency.




- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance and business requirements.

Eligibility
- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter)
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or business finance (Articleship experience will be considered).
- Candidates with exposure to corporate finance, controllership, or financial reporting are preferred.

Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, dashboards).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platf
