Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader – Operations** for our **Outbound Sales Process**. The ideal candidate should possess robust team management capabilities, excellent reporting skills, and hands-on experience in driving team performance to achieve business targets.





Candidates with an official Team Leader designation on paper and prior experience in handling outbound sales teams will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

* Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to quality and process standards.

* Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

* Track KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement.

* Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

* Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

* Ensure achievement of revenue and productivity goals.
