We're looking for a Zoho Solution Consultant to join our team at
Orpheus Technologies
, a Zoho partner organization that helps businesses design, implement, and adopt Zoho's suite of applications. In this role, you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their operational challenges and translate them into working Zoho-based solutions — spanning CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Creator, Analytics, People, Cliq, and other apps in the Zoho ecosystem depending on client needs.
Success in this role looks like:
clients leaving discovery calls and demos with confidence that Zoho can solve their specific problem, solution designs that require minimal rework during implementation, and a growing reputation (internally and with clients) as the go-to person for "can Zoho do this?" questions.
This role sits at the intersection of our sales and implementation teams — you'll support the sales cycle with technical credibility, then help ensure what's promised during the demo is what actually gets delivered.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client business requirements across departments (sales, finance, operations, support, HR) to identify how Zoho applications can address their needs
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that combine multiple Zoho apps (e.g., CRM + Books + Projects) to fit a client's workflow
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept walkthroughs tailored to each client's use case
- Partner with the sales team during pre-sales calls to answer technical and functional questions in real time
- Translate approved solutions into clear configuration and implementation plans for the delivery team
- Stay current on current Zoho product releases, features, and integrations to keep client-facing recommendations accurate
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell ad
