M&A; Associate
to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Role Highlights
- Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities aligned with long-term business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Support end-to-end deal execution from origination and negotiation to closure and integration.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to drive successful transactions.
- Prepare investment cases, strategic recommendations, and leadership presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from IIMs is mandatory; CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or M&A; roles.
- Robust financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in IT services or technology sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
