LogicExcell LLC is looking for a passionate and goal-oriented
US IT Technical Recruiter
to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. Success in this position means consistently delivering quality candidates, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and meeting client hiring timelines while contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Review resumes and identify candidates that match client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the company's ATS/CRM.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for Contract, C2C, W2, and 1099 positions is preferred.

Skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to screen and evaluate technical candidates effectively.
