Job Description:
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and control actions ahead of time to ensure seamless flow of

the manufacturing process, end to end.

Core Responsibilities:
- Material planning, no overstock beyond 3-month consumption allowed, no

shortage allowed.
- Understand program schedule requirements and create production plans with

appropriate baselines.
- Shop-wise and Company-wide Plan, Schedule, monitor, and control material

requirements for production, including plans for manufacturing kits.
- Create weekly resource plan, kitting plan, & work with manufacturing

stakeholders for acceptance and deployment.
- Review the Production Progress daily and manage the data for MIS reporting.
- Review the resource availability daily and manage the impact. Review the





impact and reprioritize the manufacturing operations.
- Communicate to Program Manager and leadership for any impact related to

staff, tools, material, infrastructure, and work towards solutions.
- Modify/update the production schedules to the latest version.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
