IFS MRO Functional Consultant (Aviation)

We are looking for an experienced IFS MRO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IFS ERP and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting IFS MRO solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance and asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes.
- Configure and customize IFS MRO modules based on business needs.
- Implement and support Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Work Order Management, Component Tracking, Asset Lifecycle Management, Inventory & Spare Parts Management, and Procurement processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.




- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in IFS ERP with hands-on experience in IFS MRO.
- Experience with IFS Cloud or earlier IFS Applications versions.
- Solid understanding of MRO business processes and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Procurement.
- Experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Good understanding of aircraft and component maintenance processes, maintenance planning, work order management, engineering changes, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with airlines, aviation MRO organizations, aerospace companies, or IFS implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
