Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other applications.
- Provide support for LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment.
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, and power supplies.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty and hardware support.
- Maintain service reports and update support tickets.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues while meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide basic user training and technical assistance when required.
