Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, performance marketing, lead generation, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, qualified leads, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Plan and manage social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.




- Generate high-quality leads and collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend growth strategies.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience working with the US market is preferred
