Role Description
The Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur.



The Associate will support partners and senior lawyers in research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal opinions across multiple practice areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing case briefs, conducting legal due diligence, assisting in compliance-related work, and drafting submissions for courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. The role involves attending client meetings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting in negotiations and mediations as required. The Associate will also help monitor legal developments, contribute to internal knowledge resources, and maintain organized matter files and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, including proficiency with legal databases and case law analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing skills related to contracts, agreements, pleadings, opinions, and policy documents.
