Key Responsibilities-
Platform Development & Customization:
- Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Design and build reusable components and scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices.
Catalog & Workflow Automation
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, request workflows, and record producers.
- Implement process automation using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
- Ensure productive orchestration of business processes across modules.
Integration & APIs
- Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Build and manage integration solutions with third-party systems.
- Ensure secure, performant, and scalable API implementations.
Platform Governance
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with platform upgrade and release strategies.
MID Server Management & Debugging
- Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers.
- Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues.
- Perform debugging across platform components including scripts, workflows, and integrations.
