We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has
2–4 years of experience
in Event Production, Event Operations, or Experiential Marketing

✅ Can manage end-to-end event production and on-ground execution

✅ Is confident in vendor management, fabrication, logistics, and technical coordination

✅ Can think on their feet and solve challenges under pressure

✅ Is highly organized, proactive, and obsessed with delivering quality

✅ Is willing to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you'll do:

• Lead production and operations for exciting experiential marketing projects

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams





• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics

• Supervise event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantling

• Ensure every experience is delivered seamlessly and safely
