Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development who possess robust communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build a healthy sales pipeline.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify prospective business clients, initiate conversations, and generate high-quality sales opportunities for the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential business customers across target industries and market segments.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet lead generation targets.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, decision-making process, and potential fit for EnKash's solutions.
