We are looking for a Local Candidate Mobilizer for our Employment Center in Hamirpur.

L Location: Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh
Position: Mobilizer – Employment Center

Key Responsibilities: Mobilize job-seeking candidates from Hamirpur and nearby areas
- Visit Panchayats, ITIs, Colleges, Skill Centers and local communities
- Bring candidates to the Employment Center for job opportunities
- Counsel candidates regarding employment opportunities
- Maintain daily candidate leads and follow-ups
- Build a strong local network for regular candidate sourcing

Preferred Candidate: ✔ Local candidate from Hamirpur
✔ Experience in Mobilization / Skill Development / NGO / Placement / Field Work preferred
✔ Robust local network and communication skills
✔ Target-oriented and willing to travel locally

Salary: ₹15,000–Performance Incentive+1000 rs petrol
