Role Description




The Sales Engineer – Drone role at Etherealflights Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their operational needs and recommending appropriate drone solutions, payloads, and services. The Sales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, support tender and bidding processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions for agriculture, industrial, and surveillance applications. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, responding to technical queries, providing pre- and post-sales support, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also requires regular interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback for product improvements, and contribute to market expansion strategies.
