About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge.
Reliable internet connection and laptop/mobile for remote work.
