Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking,



and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the selection process.
- Maintain robust relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
