Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the APAC region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, marketing, and other functions.
- Identify areas of improvement in financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters related to M&A; activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in finance business partnering or a similar role within an IT services organization.
- Solid background in accountancy (CA), finance & accounts (CMA), or equivalent qualification required.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex financial projects from initiation to delivery.
