Key Responsibilities

Online Reputation Management
- Monitor Worktual mentions across Google, LinkedIn, G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, Trustpilot, app stores, forums, communities, and social media.
- Respond to reviews and public conversations in line with Worktual's brand voice and defined SLAs.
- Escalate customer issues, security concerns, compliance risks, or potential PR incidents using an established escalation framework.
- Track overall brand sentiment and identify emerging trends or recurring concerns.
- Monitor competitor reputation and benchmark Worktual's online presence.

Community Engagement & Social Listening
- Actively monitor and participate in relevant online communities including Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora, industry forums, Slack communities, and other qualified discussion platforms.
- Engage authentically in conversations around AI, CRM, customer experience, contact centres, customer data platforms, enterprise automation, and related technologies without overt product promotion.
- Answer questions, address misconceptions,



and help establish Worktual as a trusted industry voice.
- Identify influencers, analysts, partners, advocates, and potential customers participating in relevant discussions.
- Flag misinformation, fake profiles, brand misuse, impersonation, or emerging reputation risks for immediate action.
- Track recurring customer pain points, competitor discussions, and market trends, sharing actionable insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Employer Brand & Employee Reputation
- Monitor Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other employer review platforms.
- Coordinate with HR on appropriate responses to employee feedback.
- Support employee advocacy initiatives through approved content and participation guidelines.
- Help strengthen Worktual's employer brand through authentic storytelling and employee engagement.

Customer Advocacy & Review Programs
- Coordinate customer review campaigns with Customer Success and Sales.
