Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for overseeing the execution of regulatory approval processes, ensuring seamless coordination between executives and the lead. This role involves managing documentation, following up with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing status updates to leadership. The Incharge ensures that all necessary approvals, permits, and clearances are obtained within project timelines, minimizing risks and facilitating smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
Regulatory & Approvals Manager
Regulatory Approvals & Compliance
Supervise and manage the preparation and submission of applications for approvals, including Old Tenure, Section 63, Non-Agricultural (NA) permissions, and other relevant permits.
Review applications and supporting documents prepared by the Executive - Regulatory & Approvals to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
