Job Responsibilities
- Supervise Stamping operations and workforce during the shift in Press Shop department.
- Must be handle the high-speed stamping machine production and process.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor quality of stamped components and coordinate with Quality Control for inspections.
- Implement and enforce safety standards within the section.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Maintain accurate shift reports on production, manpower, and equipment performance.
- Train and guide operators to improve efficiency and skill levels.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives in stamping processes.

Experience & Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in stamping/Press machine or sheet metal operations.
- Have the experience in ERP software.
- Positive knowledge of stamping machines, dies, and high-speed tooling including Progressive tolls
, specially have the good knowledge of maintenance of the stamping high-speed tools.
- Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay range and Salary:

INR 4 - 6 lacs/ annum
