Responsibilities
-
- Assist in site supervision of MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting system.
- Coordinate with contractors, sub contractors and site teams for smooth execution of MEP activities.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Assist in inspections ,testing and commissioning of MEP system.
- Make detailed blueprints using autoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical

Required Skills-
- Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems,Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- 5-8 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
