Role Overview
The Engineering Manager – Ecom Applications will lead Android and iOS engineering teams responsible for developing and evolving Williams-Sonoma’s mobile commerce platforms. This role blends solid people leadership with hands-on technical engagement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, customer-centric mobile experiences. The manager is accountable for team health, technical excellence, delivery outcomes, and alignment with business priorities.
