Job Description – F&B; Attendant

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain menu items and recommend food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set and ready for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations and equipment.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with billing and payment processes when required.
- Promote menu specials and upsell products to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and grooming standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.




- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all company SOPs, policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
