About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, excels at upselling, and has a proven track record in handling high-value clients.
The role is similar to that of a Relationship Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional service to employers while expanding the business through upselling and crossselling.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing employers.
- Understand employer needs and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell WorkIndia’s value-added services and subscription plans to increase revenue per account.
- Manage and grow key accounts by understanding business requirements and delivering customized solutions.
- Ensure employer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Track and report sales activities, performance, and employer feedback in a structured manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
What You Will Need
