This position is responsible for translating project requirements andarchitectural concepts into functional HVAC system designs that align with technical specifications, sustainability goals, and client expectations.
The role demands robust analytical and design capabilities toper formload calculations, equipment selection, ducting and piping design, and energy optimization while coordinating effectively with electrical, plumbing, fire, and architectural disciplines.
The Design Engineer-HVAC contributes to all stages of the project life cycle-from concept and schematic design through detailed design and construction documentation - ensuring technical accuracy, constructability, and cost-effectiveness.

Mechanical Engineering 4 to 6 years experience Experience in Headload calculation software (e g, HAP, TRACE700) Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC and other relevant standards Education, years of experience, skills.
Skill Sets Required: 1.
Proficiency in HVAC system design load calculation, duct design, chilled water system, and ventilation.
2.
Experience in heat load calculation software (e g, HAP,TRACE700).
3.
Hands-on experience with Auto CAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for layout and coordination.
4.
Understanding of HVAC equipment selection (AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, ducts, diffusers, etc).
5.
Knowledge of energy efficiency, green building concepts, and sustainability standards.

Ability to prepare and review design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
