About Ready Steady Go Kids

Ready Steady Go Kids is a globally recognized Australian multi-sport program for children aged 1.5–7 years, focused on developing motor skills, confidence, coordination, and a love for sports through engaging activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional to independently manage and grow our Bengaluru centre. This role involves complete ownership of centre operations, admissions, parent engagement, business development, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Drive admissions through local marketing and outreach.
- Build partnerships with schools, preschools, apartments, corporates, and community groups.
- Conduct demo sessions, promotional events, and referral initiatives.

Centre Operations
- Oversee daily centre operations and class execution.




- Coordinate with coaches and support staff.
- Ensure a clean, protected, and customer-friendly environment.

Parent Engagement
- Handle enquiries, conduct counselling and centre tours.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships to improve retention and referrals.

Sales & Marketing
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Track leads, collections, and business performance.
- Support local marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Strong ownership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about customer service and children's development.

1–4 years in:

- Gyms/Fitness centres
- Play zones
