Roles Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and placement activities for students and working professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective hiring partners.
- Search for job opportunities on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand employer hiring requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Shortlist candidate profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and placement records.
- Coordinate resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and soft skills workshops.




- Assist in organizing campus drives, career seminars, guest lectures, and placement activities.
- Explore LinkedIn to connect with HR professionals and hiring managers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and outreach reports.
- Support HR documentation, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
