- Talk to real buyers and turn their questions into next week's content

- Write plain English and notice small details
- Are fluent with modern creative tools and quick to pick up recent ones
- Find hype embarrassing — which, conveniently, is our entire brand
- Show up on schedule. The calendar posts whether you're inspired or not
