Key Responsibility Areas
- Develop unique plans for upcoming projects as per standard rules and regulations.
- Bring in best design practices as on date within the scope of budget and timeline.
- Adhere and adapt to the company goals and standards.
- Improvise executional processes in all phases of projects.
- Collaborate and improve overall productivity and efficiency of the team.
- Improvise client satisfaction.
- Visit the project location as deemed necessary for assessment.
- Research, development and architectural exploration
Desired Candidate
- We are looking for someone who can bring futuristic and creative approach to the planning and execution with understanding of client’s requirements.
- Experience – 5 years’ relevant experience as architect
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
- Salary: Based on candidate’s interview performance, experience, skills and previous drawn salary.
- Ready to relocate and work in Mysore, Karnataka location.

Software Skills
AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup & Lumion or VRAY
Experience Required:
2–10 Years
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Education
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- BE Civil candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience can also be considered. Such candidates will be evaluated for the role/title of Lead Designer instead of Architect.
