Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Consultant – PMO / MIS Executive to support the Project Management Office (PMO) through reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should possess solid MS Excel skills, experience in MIS reporting, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support PMO activities and business decision-making.




- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate project-related information.
- Track project metrics, timelines, and status updates.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Support recruitment-related reporting and maintain recruitment trackers using Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

Mandatory Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Formulas)
- Dashboard Creation
- MIS Reporting
- Power BI (Basic to Intermediate)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in PMO, MIS Reporting, or Dashboard Creation roles.
- Basic understanding of recruitment reporting and recruitment trackers using Excel will be an added ad
