Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR skilled with experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting overall HR processes.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities,



and a data-driven approach to HR.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Draft, review, and update job descriptions in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, recruitment
