Role Overview

Principal Tech / Solutions Architect
directly reporting to the Head of India Salesforce platform to serve as one of the
technology leaders in our Salesforce practice in India

organizational leadership, capability building, and thought leadership

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Representation
- Act as the
Principal Architect
for Salesforce, representing the India community in the organization.
- Define and drive the
technology vision, standards, and roadmap
for Salesforce capabilities across the organization along with counterparts in Poland and UK.
- Serve as the
final escalation point
for complex architectural and delivery challenges in India.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a
trusted advisor
to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Influence
pre-sales, solutioning, and large deal pursuits
with strong architectural direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure
