Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Daily responsibilities include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation of terms,



and closing deals aligned with company goals. The role entails collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer service initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular sales and pipeline reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in building materials, furniture, plywood, veneers, or related industries.
- Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Competence in planning and executing sales strategies, including lead generation, territory management, and account management.
