Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection for plant roles, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies,



and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing environment.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts to promote a harmonious workplace.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately, managing confidential information with integrity.
- Oversee performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and support continuous employee development.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve workforce skills and compliance with safety practices.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes efficiently as per statutory and company guidelines.
- Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs within the plant.
- Support plant leadership with workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise management on HR-related matters, HR trends, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
