The Assistant Account Manager is entrusted with ensuring client satisfaction and the seamless execution of digital marketing strategies. This pivotal role entails fostering client relationships, crafting captivating digital content, and staying attuned to industry trends to deliver impactful solutions.
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist Account Managers in developing data-driven, performance-focused digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
2. Translate client objectives into integrated omnichannel marketing plans across SEO, paid media, social media, content, and email marketing.
3. Support execution of full-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
4. Manage day-to-day coordination of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
5. Ensure smooth collaboration with creative, content, SEO, design, and technical teams for timely campaign delivery.
6. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPL,
CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement rates.
7. Use analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards to derive insights and optimization opportunities.
8. Assist in preparing performance reports with transparent insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
9. Support continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance analysis.
10. Coordinate implementation of tracking systems including pixels, conversion APIs, and UTM structures for accurate attribution.
11. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop platform-specific, high-performing digital content.
12. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, target audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
13. Support development of short-form video, social-first creatives, and SEO-optimized content strategies.
