Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Audit Manager role based in Ajmer. The Audit Manager will lead and execute internal audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, testing of controls,



and review of financial and operational processes. The role involves evaluating the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The Audit Manager will prepare explicit audit reports, recommend process improvements, and follow up on remediation actions with business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with finance and accounting teams, mentoring junior auditors, supporting external audit requirements, and contributing to strengthening the organization’s internal control environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles relevant to NBFCs.
- Candidates should possess experience in reviewing and interpreting Financial Statements in a lending or financial services context.
- Candidates should possess expertise in conducting Financial Audit
