Role Overview

The Maintenance Head will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, operational efficiency, and lifecycle management of mechanized sweeping machines deployed across multiple locations in India. The role involves leading field service teams, managing breakdowns,



overseeing refurbishment, and driving continuous improvement in machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Maintenance & Service Operations

· Ensure timely and effective maintenance of all deployed machines through a network of technicians.

· Monitor machine uptime and ensure adherence to service schedules and preventive maintenance plans.

· Coordinate with site teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

2. Breakdown Management & Troubleshooting

· Lead troubleshooting of major and recurring breakdowns across sites.

· Provide technical guidance to field teams for quick resolution.

· Establish escalation protocols for critical failures.

3. Team Management (Technicians & Supervisors)

· Recruit, train, and deploy skilled technicians across regions.

· Develop technical capabilities of field teams through structured training programs.

· Manage supervisors through regular audits, performance
